Meet the Katie K Team
Laura Guthrie (LG), Closing/Short Sale Coordinator Laura Guthrie- Closing/Short Sale Coordinator for the Katie K Team-RE/MAX Northwest. Born and raised in New Mexico but is a true Houstonian at heart. Served a mission for 1 1/2 years in Poland, speaks a useless language (unless in Poland that is) but is definitely better for the experience. She has been married for almost 3 years. Laura is a licensed realtor. She is proficient in Short sales and can help you with any questions you may have about the process. She is the customer service liason for clients from the contract to close. She is committed to and focused on all of the needs of the clients of the Katie K Team.
Deanna Voss, Buyer's Specialist Deanna Voss- Buyer's specialist for the Katie K Team-RE/MAX Northwest. Deanna is a native Houstonian and is familiar with the entire Houston area. She graduated from Tomball High School. She was previously in the apartment industry for 5 years. She was recently married. She is the buyer specialist extraordinaire, if there is a hoop to jump through she'll do it just to make sure that her clients are happy and get into their dream home.
